Raymond Kolarsey is Chair of the Firm's Health Law department and a member of the Firm's Health Insurance department. Mr. Kolarsey represents a range of the Firm's health law clients,including health maintenance organizations, insurers, third party administrators, independent practice associations (IPAs), physicians, diagnostic and treatment centers, home care agencies, clinics, dialysis facilities, nursing homes and hospices.

Mr. Kolarsey also leads the Firm's Fraud and Abuse Group, which focuses on a broad range of health care compliance matters, and assists clients with issues involving various state and federal compliance enforcement agencies, including the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General.

He is a former Senior Court Attorney with the New York State Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Health Law Section and the American Health Lawyers Association.
