David Luntz is a member of the Firm's Litigation department. He is an experienced trial attorney who represents corporations, municipalities and individuals in New York State and Federal Courts. Mr. Luntz has represented clients as lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials throughout New York. His practice includes commercial litigation, representation of assisted living and other long term care facilities in wrongful death, professional liability, and other claims. His practice also includes representation of life and health insurance companies in contract, provider reimbursement claims, and claims governed by ERISA. Mr. Luntz also represents clients in municipal liability, toxic tort litigation and employment litigation, including representation of employers before the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as representation of employers in USC Title VII, § 1983 claims in state and federal court.

Mr. Luntz's practice also includes representation of clients in government investigations, including investigations of the New York Office of the Attorney General, Office of the State Comptroller, as well as administrative proceedings and appeals before numerous State agencies.

Mr. Luntz is a member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Luntz has lectured frequently for the New York State Bar Association and other organizations in the areas of trial practice and procedure, long term care litigation and municipal liability.
