Benjamin Bodner is an associate in the Firm's Government Relations/Lobbying department.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bodner worked in various sectors of the insurance industry. While in law school, Mr. Bodner interned at the New York State Insurance Department with Troy Oechsner, Deputy Superintendent for Health, and was a Summer Associate at the law firm of Harter Secrest & Emery in Rochester, New York.

Mr. Bodner earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Albany Law School, where he was also a Senior Editor of the Albany Law Review. Mr. Bodner received the Dean's Scholarship and was also an ACES Fellow, Research Assistant, and received an award for oral advocacy in the Gabrielli Moot Court Competition. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bodner attended Colgate University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy.
