A Look at Ethics and Reform in Gov. Cuomo’s First Term

Gotham Gazette, in the latest in its series looking at Gov. Cuomo’s record in office, looks at ethics and reform during his first term.

Good government groups are divided on the Governor’s first term record. Some see “the most active governor in recent memory on pushing wide-range reforms,” while others see someone who has “squandered opportunities for reform that we won’t see again for a generation.”
